Board Member Interviews
Created for The Uniformed Services Benefit Association® (USBA®) from September 2024 to October 2025

The board of directors' video interviews were meant to drive organic traffic across USBA’s social media pages by introducing USBA’s audience to the people who are at the head of the company.
The project began in August 2024 when I proposed such a concept after examining USBA’s social media pages. In pre-production, I managed the creation of questions and the creative design of the videos.
On the day of actual filming, I was in charge of all areas of production including audio, directing, lighting, and videography. After the interviews with the board members were filmed I then spent a year and a half editing 12+ custom videos for USBA to use on their social media pages.
The result was a 300% increase in traffic on platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
